Shayna Gladstone

Shayna is an Earth Rooted Leadership Mentor, Hip-Hop & Soul Artist & Group Facilitator / Facilitator Trainer. She has her Eco-psychology Certification with Pacifica Graduate Institute, Permaculture Design Certification, and a decade of experience dreaming, organizing and guiding numerous group experiences throughout the world, Shayna has a tuned eye, ear and intuition for what it takes to forge community cohesion and individual transformation + empowerment.

Shayna has facilitated everything from business retreats, to 200-person mini-festivals, to intimate conflict-resolution councils, to grief circles. She has also held a community-building role at multiple eco-villages including Emerald Village, East End Eden, and Laughing Oaks Village.
