“I feel that from this intensive, I was able to tap into a part of myself that hasn't been nourished in a long while. This weekend reminded me of how important it is to continue the deeper ancestral work from wherever we are, with whatever it is we have in the moment. Although I do not know a whole lot about my lineage, the answers and the ritual show up in me the more I sit with the elements and do things that align me with nature, community, and just the basics of life on earth experience. I truly appreciate the fluidity of the weekend and the playfulness, simplicity, and adaptably of it all. Giving space for all walks, and space for all truths was very healing.
